The monk and the beggar

One day, a monk went down to the city to sell his needlework. He saw there a poor man who was naked and he decided to give him his coat out of compassion. But after a while, the poor man went and sold the coat. When the monk heard that, he felt disappointment and regretted for having given his coat to that man.
That night, Jesus appeared in a dream to the monk, wearing the coat. He says to him:
"Don't worry. Here! I am wearing the coat you gave to Me".


P.S.: So well-timed... Let's try to show our love in practice as much as we can... Simply, spontaneously, with the heart. Especially in these difficult times we live...
